If you’ve ever visited FlyOver Canada to enjoy its Canadian features or seasonal films like search for Santa, you’ll remember that incredible flight experience. The sensation of soaring over the mythical and stunning Icelandic landscape will amaze family members of all ages.
FlyOver Canada’s Legendary Iceland feature begins with its pre-show before the flight ride. The pre-show explores the impact nature, time and humankind have had on shaping the remarkable Icelandic landscape. During this multimedia experience, guests learn about everything from volcanoes and glaciers to Vikings and trolls.
How do they do this? Using industry-leading technology and techniques, the FlyOver team crafts immersive original productions. Led by creative director Rick Rothschild and acclaimed aerial cinematography director Dave Mossop of Whistler, BC, locations come to life in FlyOver films. When paired with soaring, atmospheric scores composed by members of the legendary band Sigur Rós from Iceland, the adventure reaches some pretty epic heights.

The Legendary Iceland experience includes;
- A full flight-ride film, which was originally shown in Iceland

Planning your visit to FlyOver Canada
Purchase timed entry tickets online for the best deal. Masks are mandatory at FlyOver Canada. You will need to show proof of vaccination in accordance with provincial guidelines. Entrance is guaranteed within 30 min from the issued time. Tickets for children are $10 off adult price (age 15 or under and at least 102 cm / 40 inches tall). Children 12 and younger need a guardian of at least 14 years old.
